The CCRRCE commissioned Deloitte to carry out a study into the information needs of European grocery shoppers.  'Exploring The Third Dimension: Relevant and Timely Information to Empower Shopper Choice' summarizes the conclusions of the study and sets our recommendations to help retailers and manufacturers understand and respond to evolving shopper information needs outside the store and at the point of sale.

The Council has just completed a report that looks at the opportunities identified in the recently released, "Finding the Way Forward; Emerging Opportunities in Convenience Retail Report".
 
The "Meeting Shopper Needs: Simplicity and Ease" report summarizes a one year initiative at Ricker Oil that explores how, "solution oriented" displays can make it simpler and easier to shop while driving increased sales.
